Assistant Principals
Hello, I'm Jasmine Donaldson, one of the Assistant Principals at PWBHS. I've been an educator for over 18 years and served at Bryant for the last seven years. I've served the students of Bryant as a teacher, a literacy coach, and an assistant principal. I received my Bachelor of Education from Alabama State University, a Master's in Post-Secondary Language Arts from Troy University, and a Master's in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama. All students are unique and need a school that caters to their individual needs in a safe and stimulating environment. I want to help create a school where students can flourish and explore to reach their full potential. It is my responsibility as an educational leader to ensure that every child's emotional, social, and academic needs are being met and that there are structures in place to support a personalized learning environment that values student agency, providing time and space for learners' voice, choice and ownership of their learning.
"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader."
-John Quincy Adams
Hello! I am Joe Biggs, Jr. I'll serve as Assistant Principal at Paul W. Bryant High School. I'm a husband and father who thinks the world of family. This school year will be my 16th year in education, and I'm excited to continue with my passion at PWBHS. I attended Stillman College, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I've also attended the University of West Alabama, earning a Master's in Instructional Leadership. I love school spirit, sports, and student learning. It brings me great joy to carry out the vision of the school and community. Together, we will continue to strive for greatness. "Eyes front, head high to the finish. See it through!" Go Stampede!
